You will drive the HR strategy for your area of responsibility, identify HR related business needs and develop solutions to implement suitable processes and initiatives.
- Acting as strategic partner and key contact to the respective line managers and business leaders on HR tasks, processes and tools and actively foster awareness of relevant interdependencies
- Being a driver for change and use your ability in questioning to provoke thought and be a creative and constructive strategic business partner able to challenge the status quo.
- Driving the people agenda by building critical people capability, developing leaders, building a diverse and resilient workforce and enhance the AirPlus transformation
- Master's degree, preferably in the field of economics, psychology or law
- At least 4 years’ experience in an HR Business Partner role, preferably in an international environment
- Broad HR functional and labor law knowledge
- Project management experience, demonstrating the ability to lead and manage projects.
- Proven ability to act on tactical and strategic level, experienced in stakeholder management
- Proven cultural sensitivity, Can-do attitude, problem solving and strong drive for delivering results.
- Excellent addressee-oriented communication in written and spoken German and English.
