ABOUT THE TEAM
The working student in Services MEE is supporting the Services MEE Head of Communications in executive communication and management support. This role supports the regional communication activities including the preparation of presentations and digital media. 

The preferred location for this role is Walldorf, Germany, with a direct reporting line into the Head of Services MEE. 

Required time per week can be managed flexibly, minimum 15 hours/week during the semester, and off-semester an average of 35 hours/week. 

 

THE ROLE

  • Preparation of announcements, presentations, key notes, employee meetings
  • C-level research via reputable search data bases 
  • Newsletter creation and intra-company social-media support
  • Layout design for web, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook
  • Minute taking and gathering of content  
  • Digital media design
  • Video storyboarding and post-production 
  • Support in the delivery of internal and external meetings/events
  • Ad-hoc translation (English to German)
  • Data collection, analysis and interpretation to estimate target group response 

 

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Master university student (f/m/d) currently in the 2nd or 3rd semester
  • Education background in management, business administration, humanities
  • Fluent in written form in both German and English
  • Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite 
  • Excellent communication skills for mass and selective management audiences
  • Social media business networking
  • Ability to work pro-actively, as a self-driven and results-driven team player
  • Adaptable to change in an innovative and creative communication environment

Work experience

  • Previous internship or working student position
