We are looking at the location Ottobrunn (Greater Munich) for a Working Student Deep Learning (m/f/d) Student, full-time As a working student deep learning and part of the Cruise Munich Embedded Systems team, you will work on cutting-edge deep learning algorithms for 3D object detection in radar/camera-centric automotive perception. You learn to deliver highly reusable code and gain personal growth through mutual learning with senior Machine Learning engineers. About The Role • Work on cutting-edge deep learning algorithms for 3D object detection in radar/camera-centric automotive perception • Combine and complement radar/camera information in early fusion approaches for 3D object detection • Help to solve challenges in associated tasks (domain adaptation, uncertainty estimation, proxy task learning) • Learn to deliver highly reusable code and gain personal growth through mutual learning with senior Machine Learning engineers You should apply for this role if you have the following qualifications: • Solid theoretical foundation and practical experience with designing and training Deep Learning algorithms • Practical experience in point cloud and image based Deep Learning techniques • Solid experience in Python and/or C++ • Very good programming skills • Solid experience in PyTorch • Passion for cutting edge technology in Machine Learning and Computer Vision Perks of being a Cruiser in Munich.
