About us
SESSIONS is a SaaS tech-startup from Munich, which provides technical tools for creative entrepreneurs, artists and coaches to offer and sell their services online via videoconferencing.
Our Vision is to building a no-code frontend layer for video conferencing and optional plugins around it (e.g. paywall, forms, e-signature etc.), which enables end-users to customize the User Interface and integrate AI algorithms without having to write a single line of code.
We are currently part of the elite accelerator LMU EC, who supports us in coaching and scaling of our startup. You will become part of SESSIONS and responsible for contributing to our Vision by building word class software. You also will get the opportunity to become one of the co-founders.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field.
• 1+ years of web development experience, including HTML5, CSS3, Javascript (Object Oriented), jQuery, and AJAX.
• Experience developing Ruby on Rails applications.
• The ability to work independently and to take the initiative to solve problems and deal with issues whilst recognizing boundaries.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and excitement around shaping our product thinking.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Experience working with Agile Scrum workflow.
• Excellent analytical, planning and process development skills.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
• High level of initiative and strong business judgment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and should be comfortable working in a very dynamic and collaborative work environment.
