What are you going to do:

Your Role:

• You are a vendor manager, product specialist, product developer and a marketing professional, wrapped in one
• As an innovator within the company, you will determine how to design your category, develop new product groups and improve our customers product options.
• Taking into account customer feedback and requests, you will determine, which products are relevant and profitable and search for the right suppliers.
• By analyzing sales figures, keeping an eye on competition and the industry as a whole, you can recognize and act on new market trends, technology and products.
• You negotiate and define the purchase conditions and terms, which are required for the product procurement from the supplier or manufacturer.
• Together with marketing team, you ensure that your category is scaled and promoted exceptionally.

Your Qualifications:

• You negotiate and define the purchase conditions and terms, which are required for the product procurement from the supplier or manufacturer.
• Together with marketing team, you ensure that your category is scaled and promoted exceptionally.
• You hold a Bachelor or Masters Degree, ideally in the fields of business administration or agricultural sciences
• A background in Agriculture is strongly preferred
• You are an analytical thinker, organized, able to work independently and manage your tasks and duties in a very structured manor.
• You are fluent in English, written and in speech
• You are experienced with the MS office package, especially in Excel, where your repertoire includes handling of pivot tables and VLOOKUP with excellence
• You are swift in grasping everything new and are eager to learn
