Business Development Representative - UK Market (m/f/d) in Karlsruhe

We are looking for a Business Development Representative who takes a consultative approach, engages with potential customers by helping them identify their challenges.

Your role as Business Development Representative (BDR) will be to engage and qualify prospects to create pipeline for our Account Executives. In addition to processing inbound leads, your focus will be on outbound prospecting. BDRs who establish high performance and are strong representatives of our core values will have potential for new challenges and career advancement within sales.

Your Responsibilities

  • You strategize with Account Executives on which companies to target
  • You book discovery meetings through a combination of the classic prospecting techniques like social outreach via LinkedIn, by phone or email
  • You conduct discovery meetings to evaluate their challenges and figure out, if we have the right solution for them
  • You collaborate with Account Executives to convert opportunities created into sales qualified leads
  • You bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our values, unique culture, and vision for the future

Your Profile

  • You have relevant sales experience preferred, but not essential
  • You are able to engage with prospects over the phone, by email, or LinkedIn
  • You are ambitious to build a career in sales with an eye on future growth
  • You have an admirable work ethic, a superior business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • You are native English speaker or a C2 level of English, suitable for high-level sales interactions
