Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional and training teams to design, develop, validate and update engaging content
• Identify training needs based on review of the existing blueprint and understanding of the local status quo
• Conceptualize and develop knowledge checks and course assessments
• Manage training material creation and storage for their respective area
• Guide the subject matter experts in the usage of the material for training
• Create curricula and training events in LMS
• Provide input to organizational change management initiatives

Your Profile

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or humanities
• 3+ years of working experience, out of which 2 years working as a trainer, instructional designer, or training specialist
• Experience working in a food manufacturing environment would be a plus
• Experience in developing content based on process descriptions
• Excellent training design and development skills
• Ability to collaborate with others to align on content and then work independently to complete assignments
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail (proofreading and editing skills)
• Self-driven and reliable
• German or any further language spoken within our business
• MS Office skills, especially powerpoint and excel
• JIRA
• LMS
• UAP would be a plus
