ABOUT THE TEAM

The Digital Customer Experience team is responsible for driving awareness and adoption for an SAP product, enabling users to be successful in the product through digital content.

The Intern – Digital Learning Content Creation focused on Videos will work closely with digital learning specialists, product experts, customer success managers and product managers to support the creation of digital learning tutorials.
 

THE ROLE

In this role, you will be able to experience a dynamic creative environment of content creation for digital learning, working closely with experienced professionals in an international team. The ideal candidate is someone who is eager to learn, resourceful in getting things to work and productive working independently or collaboratively.

Among the tasks you can expect:

• Help keep existing learning materials in text and video format up to date
• Create system screenshots as needed to update existing materials
• Update existing documentation about learning materials as it is updated
• Assistance in creating a video library of learning materials based on screen recording
• level of employment - 40 hours per week

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

You are a currently enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences:

• Studying preferably in the fields: Media Studies, Media Science, Digital Media, Media Technology, Educational Technology
• Having the following computer skills: familiarity with MS Office, Slack, basic video editing
• Speaking English fluently, German is a plus
• Besides that, you are a team player, creative, interested in instructional design, data science and analytics.
