ABOUT THE TEAM
 The SAP People & Organizational Growth Team (POG) has no smaller vision than to re-invent the People Practice and to transform SAP into a new type of people-intelligent enterprise. A purpose-driven global team of 40+ L&D Experts and Consultants develops learning & development EXPERIENCES with strong business impact for approx. 100k leaders, experts & talents. To ensure adaptability and sustainable growth & innovation we co-create organizational structures and systems with our business customers to prepare them for the future of work – with the skillset and mindset to fulfill SAP’s vision of making the world run better and improve people’s lives.

As a thought leader in HR tools and technology, we also partner with SAP’s Human Capital Management (HCM) Product Managers to provide insights on HCM solutions and use those insights to quickly build, test, and refine innovative, impactful HCM solutions. 

 

THE ROLE
Expectations:
-    You are responsible for the daily operations and smooth running of the POG head’s office
-    You actively support strategic projects as part of re-inventing the people practice
Tasks:
-    You will maintain and organize outlook calendar for the POG head, incl. scheduling appointments based on agreed priorities potentially also including calls and voicemails
-    You will screen incoming meeting invites and interact with individual inside and outside the POG organization 
-    You will arrange business travel and complete expense reports
-    You will update materials, incl. PowerPoint and Excel spreadsheets
-    You will conduct research activities on strategic priorities
-    You will prepare and organize meetings with audiences across time zones
-    You are invited to challenge the status quo, raise disruptive ideas and actively engage in the POG organization


ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Must-haves:
-    You are able to work independently, structured and organized
-    You are able to work and navigate in a flexible, complex and virtual environment
-    You have advanced skills in working with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
-    You have excellent written and spoken business communication skills in English
Nice-to-haves: 
-    You shine with a positive ‘can-do’ and ‘get the job done’ attitude
-    You have first experience with working in a multi-national corporate environment
Education:
-    You are a student (f/m/d) of a university or university of applied sciences, studying social or economic sciences with focus on people, learning and/or organizational development (or a similar field)


Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
