EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Being part of the CIET Walldorf team, you will play an active role in the CIE&T Team including many challenging tasks. Your primary responsibilities will be the following:

  • Overall - support in driving action for strategic and tactical communications as well as Change Management for Experience Management/XM Overall and Customer Experience disciplines which contribute to foster a customer-centric culture across SAP.
  • Gain a deep understanding of XM/CX and how it is applied across regions/LoBs as well as to the overall XM vision/objective
  • Help further build and develop the Comms strategy and approach for the global XM/CX community and SAP organization
  • Contribute to implementing and driving innovative tactics in respective Communications channels
  • Support in develop inspiring material, e.g. Jam Page content, newsletters, blogposts 
  • Carry out special projects as assigned
  • Assist the global CIE&T team with administrative tasks to support smooth process flow

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Student (f/m/d) of a German university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred field(s) of study: business administration, business information technology, communications, marketing or related courses of study
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in English and German - additional languages would be a plus
  • Ability to work in a virtual and international environment with strong intercultural proficiency 
  • High degree of motivation, and the ability to work independently
