PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES 

Knowledge Transfer & Education (KT&E) is responsible for the development and delivery of the latest enablement material for all SAP products and solutions and we are industry-leading in Learning & Education trends. Our team develops and operates all infrastructure and applications which are required for SAP Product Trainings: from planning, production to delivery of trainings to our customers via SAP Learning Hub. 
Within KT&E, the Learning Technology Management unit, and within it the Digital Learning Operations and Support team (DLOS) is responsible for operating and supporting all learning platforms and solutions with a consistent and aligned technical architecture. Focus is the technical operations of the SAP Training Shop on training.sap.com and the delivery of SAP Learning Hub as a cloud offering to our customers. We are responsible for over 500,000 users and solve their technical issues 24x5 around the globe. We deliver fast resolutions to our customers’ technical incidents while ensuring the highest customer service. The reliability of the learning platform is paramount to our customers and users who are learning to use and implement SAP’s software on SAP Learning Hub. 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
The working student (f/m/d) will support the DLOS Team in day to day business, primarily assisting in:

  • answering and forwarding questions from our partners and customers about their certifications via C4C and first level support in certification matters
  • issuing and checking digital badges on Acclaim
  • updating SAP’s current certification list
  • assisting with ad hoc requests, such as project support, creating documentation on processes etc.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study:      n/a
  • Computer skills: Professional user of MS Office (Power Point, Outlook, Excel, Skype)
  • Language skills: English and German fluent
  • Soft skills: Team player, Social Competency, Trustworthiness (sensitive data)   
  • Others: Strong problem solving and analytical skills, ability to work in teams of multicultural nature
