PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The SAP Technology & Innovation (T&I) board area is responsible for SAP’s overall platform and technology development such as SAP Cloud Platform and SAP HANA. In addition, T&I drives the incubation and adoption of intelligent technologies like Analytics, SAP Leonardo Machine Learning and Internet of Things (IoT) across SAP’s product portfolio. The T&I board area is also in charge of SAP’s global innovation agenda and builds new business model- and market driven innovations to help customers realize the most business value. Within the T&I board area, the Central Engineering unit is the operational backbone of Juergen Mueller’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO) function. It comprises several teams addressing all architectural and conceptional questions to ensure engineering excellence throughout SAP.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As a Working Student / Intern (f/m/d) Business Development and Marketing for SAP Graph, you will be part of a technology-focused team that was built to help shape the future generations of SAP software. In this role you will support SAP Graph with regard to business development, marketing and communications. The purpose of SAP Graph is to address the complexity of having to work with a multitude of APIs by creating a unified API layer for the SAP Intelligent Enterprise. This offers the great opportunity to get in touch with many solutions in the SAP portfolio and respective experts. SAP Graph is one of the top three products being developed in the technology area of SAP. Join us to be part of this growing product and help delivering it to the market.

Being a competent member of the SAP Graph team, you will support in the following areas:

• Partner management and community engagement
• Collaboration with key stakeholders in development of business strategy of SAP Graph
• Internal and external communications (incl. creation of compelling content)
• Event calendar management

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Required Skills:

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied science preferably studying Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or similar
• Very good organizational and communication skills
• Previous experience in marketing and communications and/or business development
• Fluent in English and preferably also German (written and spoken)
• Eager to learn with a hands-on working mentality
• Reliable and open-minded
• Strong team working skills
• Determined to reach a goal in time
• Ability to work independently and to prioritize tasks

Preferred Skills:

• Interest in modern software technology
