PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The Performance & Execution Marketing Germany supports the Sales, Consulting, and Training organizations by positioning SAP as an innovative solution provider and reliable partner in the market. Your job is to support the team in their activities. Collaborating closely with Product and Industry Marketing, you will help execute successful digital marketing campaigns, support in Marketing Planning, Performance monitoring, tracking & Reporting. 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
You can support us in this:  

• Support in the planning, coordination and implementation of various digital  campaigns for conversion rate and customer journey optimization 
• Support in bringing together content, tactics and channels for an optimal customer experience 
• Support in performance monitoring and tracking, reporting 
• Support in Marketing Planning 
• Support in the evaluation & analysis of data, reports (XLS, PPT) 
• Support in setting up and organizing Marketing internal training courses

Using marketing automation, analytics and reporting tools, you and your team will work together to achieve end-to-end digital and data-driven marketing, taking into account market requirements and resource utilization.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
What you should bring with you:

• A high affinity to digital media and online marketing 
• A quick comprehension combined with entrepreneurial thinking and hands-on mentality 
• Analytical and conceptual thinking & work
• High affinity for numbers
• Rapid understanding of operations and processes
• Student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied science 
  • Preferred field(s) of study: Marketing, Information Science, Controlling, Digital Business Management, Computer Science for Media, Economic Psychology
• Computer skills:   
  • You have a strong affinity with online media and are interested in innovative technologies
  • very good Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
  • Language skills:  Excellent knowledge of German and English (written and spoken) 
• Soft skills:  
  • You are a team player with good communication skills
  • You have a strong sense of commitment and initiative

Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs/ programming languages.
