PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

About the team:

• Integrated Services Delivery in Services Germany works closely with key Industry Divisions like Automotive, Manufacturing & High Tech, Trade, Public Services & Utilities etc to Increase SDC Share. It also coordinates with Services DE Partners to augment managed capacity of SDC Deliver Centers, Inbuilt Partner as part of MU Offerings etc aiming at increasing Project Profitability.
• ISD team within Services Germany is looking for a motivated, self-starter to join the team for internship based in Waldorf, Germany.  In this role, you will support ISD Operations initiatives that provide reporting/analytics and insight, strategy development, and program management.

• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas in simple, plain speak 
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize disparate information to identify patterns / themes 
• Experience with Excel – data entry and in-depth analysis 
• Experience with PowerPoint and Word (or equivalent) to create compelling communication pieces
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills & comfortable scheduling meetings with people you may not know
• Professional and mature demeanor with strong written and oral communication skills and ability to interface with Internal clients / partners
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• Pipeline Reporting for key ISD Opportunities
• SDC Share update for Top 3 Projects in Industry Divisions
• Analyzing Services Project Reports and Identifying action items, Follow up & update of the action items with SDC DPM, Services DE PM’s 
• Follow-up with SDC DE Team for Top N Opportunities
• Coordinate & Follow Up with Services DE Partner on Support, Status Reports etc
• Organization of internal events, workshops and meetings (planning, communication, execution, wrap-up)
• Tackle data consistency and harmonization opportunities for ISD Reporting
• Supporting other operational and functional tasks 
• Fasttrack Solutionining – Status Update & Reports
• Manage & Maintain ISD Jam Page

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences - preferred field(s) of study: Business Administration, International Business Management, Marketing
• Computer skills: Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office with excellent Excel skills
• Language skills: Very good English language skills, German Preferable not mandatory.
• Strong communication and team working skills
• Ability to ramp-up quickly on new topics 
• Reliable, pro-active, open-minded and highly structured working method
• Soft skills: Comfortable with working in dynamic environment
• Others: Reliable, self-dependent and goal-oriented working
