PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Cash Collections operates regionally to collect our company’s claims. Main objective is to influence our Cash Flow as positive as possible.

The Cash Collection- and Dispute Management team is assigned to the region MEE. We are handling invoice complaints of SAP Germany, SAP Switzerland and SAP Austria and process these mainly by our own. You get a wide range of insight in complaint management for many different areas of the Business. Additionally, you call customers to receive payments as soon as possible if invoices are due.

Beginning with a missing Purchase Order number on invoices until customers who broke their promises to pay: You are responsible and take care incoming complaints till final clarification for all topics. If necessary, you correct invoices in our systems by your own.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

We offer Students a diversified working environment and interesting tasks by supporting the team. After a certain period of training the student will take responsibility of special topics and work independently on certain customer tasks.

  • Calling customers and gather promises to pay
  • Document current information in the tool SAP Collections Management
  • Process invoice complaints by your own in all Lines of Business for SAP Germany, SAP Austria and SAP Switzerland according to our guideline
  • Monitor all relevant complaints
  • Document complete complaint process with SAP System Dispute Management
  • Create Invoices, cancellations and credits
  • Support in projects

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Language skills: fluent German and very good English language skills required
  • Computer skills: profound knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook)
  • Soft skills: good communication and organizational skills; team spirit and flexibility; independent working style, willingness to learn and a high level of motivation
  • High load capacity and adherence to delivery dates
  • Service- and customer orientated performance
  • Knowledge in SAP’s FI, SD and ILP preferred
