PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Our support for occupational safety, health, and well-being through prevention is vital to our innovation, productivity, and employee morale. In short: vital to SAP as a healthy organization. The Global Health & Well-Being team acts as health & productivity enabler while contributing to SAP’s People Sustainability efforts and showcasing SAP’s thought leadership in the field of Corporate Health Management.

 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Supporting SAP’s Global Health and Well-being team as a working student provides a great opportunity to gain experience in a broad spectrum of the day-to-day and project work in the Health Management organization of an international company. You will support the team in the following areas: 

- Project management of an innovative Health program (“Corporate Oncology Program for Employees (COPE)” – find more information here: http://www.cope-iig.com), e.g. keep program information updated, review processes & sustain awareness of the program
- Increase the global awareness for cancer and other significant health issues, e.g. through creating innovative marketing assets, health related information and publishing internal blogs 
- Pilot a health enablement program, supporting SAP employees to handle key health issues from prevention to reintegration


EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences (FH)
  • Preferred field of study: Business Administration, Communication or Media Science, Social Studies, Human Resources or related subject
  • Excellent written and spoken business communications skills in English and German, ability to communicate well with internal stakeholders
  • Excellent planning and self-organizing skills, ability to pick up information fast, work independently and solution oriented 
  • Interest in Corporate Health Management and prevention as well as treatment of non-communicable diseases
  • Start immediately for duration of min. 6 months (and longer if possible)
     

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
