PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

This is the opportunity to contribute to professional software. Take over responsibility work together with a development team and build business software of the future. It is time to join SAP!
You will contribute to Web-Applications currently being developed by SAP which provide a now Look&Feel and a modern user interface. We will give you the chance to work with state-of-the-art technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, OpenUI5 in the Frontend but also with Test-Frameworks such as Jasmine. You can also check algorithms for our in-memory database and work within a true microservice architecture. Your ideas will shape the product, you can contribute to product development and quality. As part of an international team in an agile environment you will meet people from e.g. Kanada, China and India.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• Write Front- and Backend software components in JavaScript for our newest analytics application
• Contribute Unit and Integration tests to ensure software quality
• Work and collaborate with a global team in an agile environment

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Stuednt (f/m/d) at a University or a University of Applied Sciences
• Experience with JavaScript Development
• Experience in Java
• Willingness to learn SAP HANA (SQL/XS) and OpenUI5
• Practical knowledge in Java and relational databases

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
