PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Global Operations Team within Innovation Services and Solutions (ISS) provides a service-oriented operational framework and support structure as well as business insights to enable ISS to execute efficiently. Our tasks include tools and reporting, sales operations, process methodology & governance, compliance, 3rd party administration, contract support, resource management and knowledge management. We are looking for a Working Student that supports the ISS EMEA/MEE Operations Team.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• Support in Staffing/Sourcing Process of ISS 
• Support in documenting approval decision in according tool
• Support in updating/maintaining templates  
• Preferred start date: as soon as possible

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• You are a currently enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences:
• Studying preferably in the fields: Business Administration, Finance, Economics      
• Having the following computer skills:  MS Office 
• Speaking English fluently, German as a plus
• You bring interest in processes  
• Besides that, you are a team player
