PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES 
According to our mission “We enable the world to innovate”, the SAP Knowledge and Education team is responsible for user assistance content and services as part of SAP products, along with product learning offerings, SAP Enable Now and SAP Live Class, a new generation of knowledge transfer for the workforce. We also cover global education delivery and education consulting, as well as the leading cloud learning services openSAP and SAP Learning Hub for SAP professionals, end users, and other external communities. 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Support our team in different activities related to Learning Journey and Translation Services.
You support the team to accelerate learning content distribution through various channels. Within Learning Journeys you support the creation and administration, so that learners find their path to certification in various solutions. The translation of enablement content is our 2nd focus area. Here we use standard translation side-by-side with neural machine translation. . 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Computer skills: 
    • advanced knowledge in MS Office application (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)     
    • having advanced excel skills would be an advantage
  • Language skills: very good communication skills in English and German (written and verbal). An additional language is a plus.    
  • Soft skills: attention to detail, self-dependency, ability to work in a team, reliability, ability to work in a team, advanced general communication skills including presentation and elaboration    
  • Others: ability to organize and structure your work, time management, ability and willingness to work in an international and virtual environment

WORK EXPERIENCE
Candidates must currently be enrolled in an undergraduate or Master’s university degree program that is applicable to the position. Previous exposure to a multi-cultural business environment is beneficial.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
