PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

SAP Knowledge & Education enables the world to innovate. The Knowledge Transfer and Education organization (KTE) in SAP Knowledge & Education is responsible for SAP's product training offerings and infrastructure. Our portfolio of education offerings enables customers and ecosystem to build the skills required to successfully adopt SAP’s products and innovations. It fuels SAP’s 300m€+ education business and spans from openSAP and the SAP Learning Hub to classroom training and “stay current” knowledge transfer for new releases, and not the least the SAP Global Certification program and end-user learning. We manage one of the world’s leading learning infrastructures and continuously innovate consumption experience in support of the strong trend towards digital learning. The Training Systems Architects Team in the KTE has the mission to build the Training Systems for user-centric hands on experience (you don’t know something until you have done it yourself). The Training Systems setup is required to create the learning materials / content assets and to allow practice in Instructor Led and self-paced training for SAP customers, partners and internals.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

As a working student (f/m/d) in the Training System Architects Team you will be working closely with all global team members, supporting them maintaining our WIKI, updating documentation and landscape architecture presentations.

One focus area is the translation of course material, where you need to forecast and provision training landscapes for LX Labs to enable external translation agencies to access our systems.

In general, you will get the chance to support all team members in trouble shooting application and administration related issues in our training systems.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences:
  • Studying preferably in the fields: Computer science, information technology, business administration & management
  • Having the following computer skills: MS Office 365, Sharepoint, etc… SAP skills are a plus (SAP Basis, Cloud Platform, any programming language
