PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
SAP Innovative Business Solutions is a global organization developing solutions that address our customers’ business requirements. By extending and enhancing SAP solutions (on premise and in the cloud) or building entirely new products, SAP Innovative Business Solutions can help customers to flexibly, quickly and safely adapt to rapidly changing business and market conditions. In addition, SAP Innovative Business Solutions helps customers to protect their SAP investments by following the SAP development methodology and standards to ensure quality and upgradeability, mitigating business risk by synchronizing custom solutions with the SAP release strategy and supporting custom solutions by offering maintenance options. SAP Innovative Business Solutions then invests in standard products or niche products know as FBS or RCS. The product business is a major pillar of the SAP Innovative Business Solutions growth strategy.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
We are looking for a pro-active strong German and English speaker with a bit of design affinity and high motivation to support SAP in a growing unit.
Self-motivated team player with strong communication skills capable of coordinating activities among and requests from multiple players.
You’re not afraid of taking responsibility for a task independently, and capable of balancing several tasks at the same time.
You should have good control of Microsoft Office (mainly PPT and Excel) and design affinity to create and help improve on internal and customer-facing information.
You will support in your daily work the management of IBSO products with different tasks (organizational, communication, preparation, etc.).
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

You are a currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences:

• Having the following computer skills: MS Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook. Business Software (e.g. SAP ERP) of advantage.     
• Speaking English fluently, German fluently
• Besides that, you are/ you bring: independent work and high motivation; teamwork, coordinating and good communication skills; willingness to learn.
