PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES 

The SAP Knowledge & Education team works on providing the best end-to-end knowledge experience for continuous learning and innovation. Based on innovative User Assistance and Education Technology like the leading cloud learning platforms openSAP and SAP Learning Hub, we offer a highly resourceful learning landscape. We build state-of-the-art training content to enable IT professionals, developers, end-users, entrepreneurs and decisions makers. Furthermore, the team works together with universities and the next generation professionals by running the SAP Next-Gen initiative and the SAP Training and Development Institute. With these programs, we want to inspire academia and SAP customers to innovate and to set them up for a successful digital future.
Within the SAP Knowledge & Education organization, the Business Portfolio Management team focuses on managing SAP’s Knowledge and Education Portfolio end to end with the objective to drive Customer and Partner success via skill building and to support the reaching of SAP’s Sales Targets.  
We are looking for a smart, talented and motivated working-student (f/m/d) to support our Solution Marketing team with the creation of promotional customer-facing solution assets and activities like customer presentations, info sheets, FAQs, videos, newsletters etc. 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Your job would entail supporting the Business Portfolio Management team in one or more of the following tasks: 

• Writing articles, blogs and posts about our offering, our achievements, and our news for internal, online and social media 
• Maintenance of our customer communication
• Maintenance of social media channel content 
• Support production of collaterals

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Marketing, Communications or related fields like social science, linguistics, translation  
• Computer skills: Advanced MS Office skills, active user of Social Media
• Language skills: fluent English required, fluent German skills optional      
• Soft skills: Strong team working skills, reliable, open-minded, experienced with social media and multimedia channels, strong passion for developing compelling stories, strong communicator

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
