PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

With S/4HANA Cloud SAP delivers the most comprehensive and innovative ERP application via the cloud.

And we, the enablement team as a part of the Digital Core (DC) Field Office, drive all strategic topics to ensure that the DC Cloud Sales and Presales are equipped with the frameworks, content, tools, knowledge and skills to successfully deliver on their sales targets.

We develop, organize and run enablement activities globally, such like:

• Bootcamps for new hires, face2face & virtually
• Accreditation & certification courses
• Role-based enablement sessions within our sales field kick-off meetings
• Regular enablement calls

Within our team, we practice a trust-based working model. If you need to work flexibly from another location or at another time you can do so given your manager’s agreement.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

We are looking for a new team member to support us with the overall design and execution of our global enablement programs. Your tasks will include:

• Project management
• Leading given enablement events or activities (not content wise!)
• Reporting of our enablement activities
• Assisting in design and development of content, e-learnings, virtual training sessions and classroom trainings
• Assisting in conducting gap analyses to identify actual training requirements

You will have the opportunity to collaborate and connect with a range of colleagues globally in the SAP Digital Core sales environment, working in a start-up-like setting.

You will not only learn about SAP S/4HANA Cloud as a product, but also how it fits into SAP’s overall cloud strategy, accelerating our customer’s journey towards being a Digital Enterprise.

• This is a replacement for a maternity leave within our team – so it’s limited to 1 year, but could be extended
• This is a full-time position

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Required skills

• Speaking: English fluently is mandatory, because you will work in an international team
• Computer skills: MS PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint and Teams, JAM

Preferred skills

• High level of communication skills
• Intercultural awareness & respect
• High level of customer orientation
• An overall “can do” attitude

WORK EXPERIENCE

Previous work experience in similar roles or jobs, such like project management or enablement/training, is an asset.
