Jobbeschreibung
- You will work in an independent, autonomous and target-oriented way on a number of challenging and international projects, e.g. roll-out of global e-commerce and the international GDPR roll-out as well as various other Global Retail related projects.
- You will assist in coordinating and assuring quality of process documentation for the departments of the subsidiaries
- Furthermore, you will assist in defining technical and organizational measures to fulfill the data protection requirements in the various subsidiaries.
- Also, you will contribute to internal project coordination as well as the preparation of project meetings and management presentations.
- Additionally, based on your projects, you will gain insight into different departments, such as, eCommerce, CRM, Retail & Customer Care and IT.
- Studies related to (International) Business or Economics, Business Administration / Management, Textile / Retail Management or similar education
- Ability to be flexible & adaptable to the needs of the business
- Willingness to constantly learn & develop
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational skills & structured work approach with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Ability to follow a solution-oriented approach by sticking to an effective time management
- Highly proficient with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of and / or interest in GDPR is desirable
- Further knowledge of a second language would be an advantage
- Prior experience of working in project teams or other administrative/coordinative tasks
- Practical experience in retail or retail operations, ideally gained at a premium brand
