Jobbeschreibung

SAP started in 1972 as a team of five colleagues with a desire to do something new. Together, they changed enterprise software and reinvented how business was done. Today, as a market leader in enterprise application software, we remain true to our roots. That’s why we engineer solutions to fuel innovation, foster equality and spread opportunity for our employees and customers across borders and cultures.

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
We, the global unit Customer Experience (CX) in the IT Services organization in the Intelligent Enterprise Group (IEG) board area, strive to provide and evolve a seamless and superior experience in the area of SAP’s customer-facing IT. Our purpose is to be our customer’s advocate for a delightful experience with SAP.
2019 is up to further embark on our Run Simple journey to improve the customer & employee experience and drive SAP’s growth and scale as the #1 reference customer. SAP’s transition into becoming a Cloud company implies lower switching cost for customers and increased expectations towards speed of value realization and solution experience.
