To design/develop/deliver the enablement program(s) to upskilling the workforce in Digital Business Services is the endeavor of SAP Service & Support Learning.

A talent to join the PMO office that supports the CLO Development / Services / Support in building and driving SAP’s learning strategy and the different learning program managers with project steering tools incl. budget estimations, project costing, etc. With your dedication and energy in the back office, you help us create a forward-oriented learning culture.

 

Within our team, we practice a trust-based working model. If you need to work flexibly from another location or at another time you can do so given your manager’s agreement.

 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

 

  • Handling of resource and staffing requests, project estimates  
  • Work toward understanding all processes to increase level of efficiency, quality, compliance and discipline. E.g. Serve as request owner, searching party, check completeness, and validate requests, conduct 3rd party processes 
  • Working with SAP’s internal infrastructure (ISP, IPP, Enterprise Analytics Store and others) 
  • Support of internal projects / activities as learning process expert 
  • Successfully supporting dedicated programs / projects within SAP Service & Support Learning and across DBS
  • Definition of program approach, setting up and interacting with virtual project teams
  • Managing reporting/metrics (KPI’s, scope, quality, budget, time)

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

 

  • Graduation in computer science, economics or engineering
  • Initial knowledge of the SAP’s business model(s) as well as internal SAP processes
  • Solid mix of very strong analytical, methodical skills as well as curiosity in trying out new approaches
  • Ability to work under pressure followed by ability to manage conflict and organizational excellence
  • Eagerness to contribute to large-scale rollout and enablement projects across multiple audiences is a plus

 

Required skills

 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (= towards managment level) in both German and English, additional language skills will be an advantage.
  • Pro-active driver, team-player, results-oriented, with a can-do attitude
  • Strong business and commercial acumen, customer focus
  • Proficiency in EN and DE (verbal and written) mandatory, multi-lingual skills beneficial
  • Works, collaborates and influences key stakeholders across organizational layers and achieves results by taking initiative, setting challenging goals and holding people accountable
