PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Organizationally located within Global Controlling, the team Business Process Re-Design drives all activities and initiatives with focus on strategic processes within the controlling organization. That includes the digitalization and innovation projects as well as the continuous improvement of existing processes and tools.
The team is highly engaged in the strategic TopX programs Renew our Digital Core and Simplify Selling where we work in close collaboration with experts from SAP IT, Enterprise Analytics and Operations.
In this cross-functional environment the team has the opportunity and mandate to build best in class processes and tools to help our organization to become an intelligent enterprise.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As a working student (f/m/d) you will support our team with the following activities:

• General administrative project management support for the project management office (PMO)
• Preparation of supporting documents and publishing through different communication channels (SAP JAM, SharePoint, Email etc.)
• Continuous organization of project structure and capturing of workshop results
• Being part of a dedicated project to apply and improve your Controlling/Finance skills
• Gain deep insight into all relevant controlling processes and projects at SAP

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences
• Preferred field of study: Business Administration (with focus on Controlling/Finance)
• Advanced skills in MS-Office (especially PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Fluency in German (C1) and English (min B2), both written and spoken
• Good communication and team work skills
• Proactive and independent way of working
• First project management experience is an asset
