PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The S/4HANA Product Success & Customer Co-Innovation team is looking for a Working Student (f/m/d) who supports the daily tasks of our team. You will play an active role in various projects our team is driving (e.g. in the area of customer co-innovation, roadmap communication, core enablement assets).

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Your role will cover project execution related tasks, driving issues to a solution, engaging with team members and other stakeholders to achieve the desired project result.
Most important, we hope you are eager to learn more about our organization, project management techniques and procedures. You have the chance to gain the following knowledge during your stay:

  • Thorough understanding of the role of a Product Expert and his/her contribution to internal processes, acting as voice of our customers
  • Project management, organizational and communications skills
  • Experience in working with multiple stakeholders and how to drive result-oriented collaboration

Your tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Support product launch activities
  • Contribute to the end-user feedback program
  • Support our management with executive dashboard or specific analysis
  • Contribute to our community and social media activities
  • Engage with the team members and help in their daily operations

Min. Working hours per week: 20
Min. employment duration: 12 months

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Language skills: fluent English and German (spoken and written)
  • Soft skills: Self motivated, Team player, Openminded, Eager to learn something new, Ability to flexibly work on prioritized topics
