PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES 

The mission of Global Post Sales Operations (GPSO) as part of the board area Intelligent Enterprise Group (IES) is to ensure a seamless post sales experience for all customers across all Lines of Business, spanning all the way from entitlement to renewal and based on the proven Franchise for Success methodology. Key objectives are the simplification and harmonization of post sales processes and systems in close alignment with SAP’s development, sales and support teams. GPSO comprises Franchise for Success for Services, Cloud Operations & Transformation, Customer Success, and all Digital Business Services (DBS) Business Operations units. The mission of Franchise for Success for Services is to harmonize, standardize and automate processes, drive innovation and adoption, increase system integration, and to foster best practice exchange and learn from the best.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Support the Franchise-4-Success content creation and management process
  • Support building UI mockup – Basic HTML & JS
  • Understand the agile software development processes 
  • Support testing and test methodologies
  • Support the project management 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Currently enrolled Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Studies in disciplines such as Information Technology, Software Engineering, Economics, Science, or equivalent experience with a proven record of performance
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of written and spoken English
  • Computer skills - MS Office and a familiarity with business applications would be a plus

WORK EXPERIENCE
First work experience would be a plus but not a prerequisite. 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
