EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS


We are the interface between the Works Council and the Learning Teams. Your tasks within this team will be:

  • Assist the team with the translation of Works Council documents
  • Another focus is keeping our HTML-based user interface “Jam” up to date. This is where we distribute news about the status of our Works Council submissions.
  • Get insight into the work of the Works Council by attending Meetings
  • Helping to define future strategy
  • Support the daily business as an active part of the team

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

 

  • Currently enrolled as a student (f/m/d) of a university or university of applied sciences (FH), studying social or economic sciences with focus on people, learning or organizational development    
  • Computer skills:
    • Very good knowledge of MS-Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
    • Knowledge about SAP products is a plus (e.g. SAP Jam)
  • Language skills:  English (fluent) and German
  • Soft Skills:
    • Ability to work in a flexible, complex and virtual environment
    • Be able to work self-contained in a structured and organized way
  • Others: Organization and communication skills

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs.
