PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The HR Learning team is responsible to define and drive the learning strategy of the HR function of SAP that consists of more than 1700 employees worldwide. We design, produce and deliver functional learning in different formats and promote lifelong learning through various initiatives.

SAP HR Learning is HR’s dedicated learning and development team, serving approx. 1,700 colleagues globally. 

You will assist the team in the following areas:

  • support the design and development of learning material for virtual live and e-learning.
  • keep our HTML-based platform “Jam” up to date.
  • integrate HR research and thought leadership into our training and development approaches.
  • use modern and innovative learning and development technology and tools.
  • support everyday operations and event management logistics.

Since we are a small team, you will have the opportunity to work very independently and responsibly. In addition, you will get exposure to a broad range of HR colleagues around the globe. 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Instructional Design, Adult Learning and Education, Human Resources, Social Studies, Psychology, Communication, Business Administration or related subject      
  • Excellent written and spoken business communications skills in English and German, ability to communicate well with internal stakeholders
  • Computer skills: 
  • Microsoft Outlook and PowerPoint
    • Experience or interest to learn/apply basic video and authoring tool skills (e.g. Vyond, Articulate Storyline 3).
    • Demonstrate a high level of customer orientation, initiative and a strong "can do" attitude.
  • Excellent planning and self-organizing skills, ability to pick up information fast, work independently and solution oriented.
  • Demonstrate creativity when it comes to design as well as problem solving.

Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs.
