PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The SAP Knowledge team works on providing the best end-to-end knowledge experience for continuous learning and innovation. Based on innovative user assistance (UA) on the SAP Help Portal and education technology, such as the leading cloud learning platforms openSAP and SAP Learning Hub, we offer a highly resourceful learning landscape. 
As part of the UA Content, Services, & Infrastructure unit, you’ll help drive innovation in all areas of user assistance from prototyping to delivering the actual tools and infrastructure. Learn and work on a real project in a real environment! We currently have an open working student position for a Web Developer in our unit. You will be part of a team of professionals dealing with a documentation content management system (CMS) and documentation publishing. Your work will span across JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, jQuery, and more.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• Act as a member of the central user assistance team, with a focus on custom development tasks
• Design and develop Web applications or output features
• Demonstrate full responsibility for assigned tasks and target a high level of quality, speed, reliability, and efficiency.
• Work closely together with other team members and support the team to ensure success

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Knowledge of CSS
• Knowledge of Javascript
• Knowledge of HTML5
• Knowledge of XML is an advantage
• Confident communication in English is required (written and spoken)
• Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Demonstrating commitment and a sense of responsibility
• Flexibility and readiness to learn new skills at short notice
