PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Board Area Learning Organizations at SAP are working together under the banner of SAP Learning. The student will join our SAP Development Learning team that is responsible for the learning offerings for the 30,000 employees with a development / engineering role delivered across 60+ SAP locations, digital learning formats deployed with SAP Success Map Learning, and microlearning based on 3rd party platforms.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
The tasks encompass i.e.

  • Support all kinds of learning innovation projects, workshops, and/or events from design to delivery
  • Improve and update communication channels (e.g. SAP Jam groups)
  • Prepare and update summaries, presentations and other materials related to the future of learning
  • Provide project management support for team
  • Strong interest in topics like Future Learning, Working Out Loud, Innovation Methodologies

You will not only be able to deepen your expertise in the skills described above but also

  • apply instructional design & innovation methods
  • be able to grow your network within SAP business areas
  • and be able to work in an international team

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred field(s) of study: Any subject. Educational studies or related fields would be an advantage.
  • Computer skills: MS Word, PPT, XLS, Outlook very good, video recording and editing knowledge would be an advantage
  • Language skills: Excellent English. German would be an advantage.
  • Soft skills:  Excellent communication and organizational skills, highly reliable and self-organizing working style, strong team player, intercultural competencies, innovation mindset, continuous learner

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
