PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

SAP C/4HANA – the next generation CRM Suite – is poised to change the face of customer interactions for businesses across the globe. By combining our leading products such as SAP Marketing, Sales, Commerce, Service and Customer Data Cloud into the powerful SAP C/4HANA suite that also contains our latest acquisitions incl. Gigya, CallidusCloud, Coresystems, we are transforming how both B2C and B2B businesses engage their customers across all industries. Leading organizations including Samsung, 3M, Nespresso or Nikon, have chosen SAP Customer Experience solutions to help support and drive their digital transformations. 

You will be member of a cloud development team with strong focus on agility, innovation and team spirit. Our team works on topics like product and customer data or order management focusing on new cloud-based solutions which help many global companies to build excellent customer experience.   

If you want to develop state-of-the-art cloud software on SAP Cloud Platform, including newest standard tools and frameworks complemented by professional and lightweight software engineering methods, you’re the right candidate!

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

We are searching for a highly motivated student who complements our young team with

  • Implementation of microservices based on Java technology running on SAP Cloud Platform, Cloud Foundry
  • Test automation and further quality assurance activities
  • Researching and experimenting on new development approaches
  • Bringing proactively new, innovative ideas to improve our products continuously 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Student at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Basic modeling and software architecture knowledge
  • Java knowledge, preferably in web/cloud-based environment
  • Hands-on experience with relational databases
  • Team player with proactive and clear communication
  • German and English speaking / writing skills

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
