PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

SAP Marketing Cloud is a comprehensive marketing suite that includes marketing planning and spend management, cross-channel campaign and lead management, marketing measurement and optimization, and customer data management.

Our team is part of the SAP Customer Experience organization. Our purpose is to establish marketing as a trusted source of business. We are located around the world with offices in Canada, Germany, India and US.

You’ll be part of a cross-functional SCRUM team and you will work on development tasks end-to-end (i.e. specification, design, build in quality, testing and documentation).

The SCRUM team is working in the area of Campaign Management and is responsible for Landing Pages.

The team covers the entire development stacks for doing this (SAP HANA, CDS-Views, ABAP, ODATA and other interfaces (e.g. SCP/SCI), Fiori/HTML5/CSS UI). Also, the integration of 3rd party landing page tools are in the responsibility of the team so that also non-SAP techniques and tools are relevant.

As we ship our product as a Public Cloud offering (SaaS) quality and test automation is key and is playing a dominant role in the daily task of our developers.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

We want you as an open minded, young talented person to work on new topics explore new ideas that could be the next big thing for our customers.
The idea is to have you as a motivated, self-reliant working intern to build and test state of the art proof of concepts that the team normally has no time for.
This might include learning new programming languages and new tools. It also will be needed to work together with experts from other teams, partners or customers to implement first solutions.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Student - preferred field(s) of study: Informatics or similar
  • Computer skills: Programming Experience (e.g. Java)
  • Language skills: German, English
  • Soft skills: Willing to learn, Self-employed, Quick learner, Social skills, Motivated
