PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

COO F&A Order to Cash (O2C) is part of the Chief Operating Office (COO) within the Board Area Finance & Administration (F&A).

The COO F&A O2C team is accountable for the integrity of the O2C process as well as innovative process improvements. It manages the entire process lifecycle to ensure operational excellence according to SAP’s strategic goals. Furthermore, it is in charge to excel process execution and efficiency by providing standardized business process methods, services and tools which support process excellence, and continuous process improvement.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• Support COO F&A O2C projects / activities related to Finance Processes Management, E.g Process Handbook updates, and Invoice Distribution projects.
• Support process standardization, automation and simplification activities
• Coordinate cross-project alignment within F&A and other neighboring functions (IT, Shared Service Center)

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Student (f/m/d) at university or university of applied sciences
• Preferred field(s) of study: Technical background and/or Economics
• Computer skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas), MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
• Language skills: English is a must.
• Soft skills: Communicative, result oriented, quick learner.
• Others:  Process orientated thinking, analytical thinking
