Director Revenue Management CE (w/m/d) in München

You work in the Pricing & RM department with the main responsibility to support and coach the MHRMs with a strong service provider mindset to support the hotels in achieving topline targets by enhancing RM methods and maximizing department work efficiency. The job includes the following tasks:

Professional and disciplinary management as well as coordination and controlling of activities in the field of revenue management
Recruitment of new RM experts for Revenue Management. Regular performance reviews of employees. Personnel development through training courses for employees to Ensure the professional quality level required to achieve the objectives
Ensures that revenue management systems and tools are properly implemented, maintained and that teams are trained in Central Europe
Is in charge of creation and implementation of RM and Pricing services to the Business Partners
Ensure that the “RM Culture” is spread within hotels network and all Accor departments
Pro-actively seeks knowledge of industry developments and use it to enhance own skillset and vision
