Corporate Customer Care Agent in Berlin

The role of a Corporate Operations Agent is to provide a dedicated corporate hotline, being a direct contact person for corporate customers and provide them with a first-level response whenever they face issues during a booking, have questions or problems regarding any part of the booking process or Talixo product.

Was du machen wirst:

It's more than just a typical customer service job:

  • You will be pulling the strings behind Talixo's daily operations taking over responsibility for fleet disposition and monitoring of our live system.
  • You will support the Corporate Sales and Account Management Team with day to day tasks as well as handle first level corporate complaints including the alignment with other departments;
  • You will be communicating with our corporate customers around the globe via phone and e-mail answering their incoming inquiries and requests.
