PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
According to our mission "We enable the world to innovate", the SAP Knowledge and Education team is responsible for user assistance content and services as part of SAP products, along with product learning offerings, SAP Enable Now and SAP Live Class, a new generation of knowledge transfer for the workforce. We also cover global education delivery and education consulting, as well as the leading cloud learning services openSAP and SAP Learning Hub for SAP professionals, end users, and other external communities.
Within SAP Knowledge and Education, the openSAP Team successfully helps to enable the SAP Ecosystem to upskill from anywhere in the world, at a time that suits your schedule. Our Enterprise MOOCs leverage tried and trusted classroom concepts, including gamification, and discussion forums to interact with peers and experts, in an online delivery format.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Our diverse Video team, based around the globe, delivers powerful, flexible, and customer-focused video recordings and post production to mainly openSAP but also to any other internal SAP board area. We are driving innovation in knowledge transfer for SAP in the form of presentations, screen recordings, interviews, and much more.
Your tasks would include, but are not limited to:

  • Support the whole team by contributing to the production and postproduction, tools, processes and strategies.
  • Coordinate significant tasks and manage the organization of key projects and programs.
  • Arrange meetings between and communicate with developers, stakeholders and team members and help generate ideas, translating them into business reality. 
  • Assign tasks, set timelines and track progress while removing barriers and working towards solutions.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Student at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Project Management, Program Management, Marketing, Media, Communication Studies, Business Administration, Legal Studies
  • Computer skills: advanced knowledge in MS Office application (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Suite
  • Language skills: advanced communication skills in English (written and verbal) & full professional proficiency; German beneficial
  • Soft skills: ability to work in a team, advanced communication skills and ability to elaborate clearly
  • Others: organizational skills, detail orientation, time management

Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
