PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The SAP Ariba Customer Value Organization is responsible for ensuring that Ariba’s subscription software customers are maximizing value from their applications during the duration of the customer life cycle and facilitate the renewal and extension of their contracts.
The working student will support the Customer Engagement Executives (CEE) on strategic and operational activities (like reporting / account planning / meeting preparation / etc.)

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Expectation is that resource can work by himself in virtual environment but have high self-learning attitude and high analytic thinking.
Tasks to be considered:

• Establish standardized reporting framework for Customer Engagement Executives
• Prepare / Work on an Account Plan Template and complete in joint alignment with CEE
• Review operational process and verify improvements to enable CEE work more on strategic areas.
• Support CEE and Management on day-to-day work operations.
• Resource will familiarize with the SAP Ariba Network and the SAP Ariba products. Work with multiple teams from different parts and countries across the whole SAP organization and orchestrate these teams to deliver a positive customer experience

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Student at a university or a university of applied sciences: Both
• Preferred fields of study: Economic / IT
• Computer skills: Microsoft
• Language skills: German & English
• Soft skills: Motivated / Social and communicative
• Others: Able to work in virtual environment
