PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
SAP Industry & Cross Development (ICD) ensures the success of SAP S/4HANA by delivering end-to-end industry solutions in the Intelligent Enterprise Suite and for Industries. ICD Industry Strategy & Portfolio Management team is responsible to drive and govern the product strategy and development portfolio across all industries in alignment with all relevant stakeholders. This includes a broad range of activities from classical portfolio management to outbound product management, closely collaborating with Product Owners and different Go-To-Market units incl. sales, marketing.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

You will closely work with outbound product management and the portfolio management leads in the ICD Industry Strategy & Portfolio Team. In this role you will build and drive the outbound momentum of latest industry product innovations through various external channels.
Your main tasks will be to support the definition and execution of a holistic product portfolio, help with the documentation of related assets and processes, and support the creation of product and industry roadmaps. Further you will support the activities to plan and monitor product development investments across all Industries in the ICD organization.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Student at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred field(s) of study: Economics, Marketing, Computer Science
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office, SAP Jam Group
  • Language skills: Fluent in English
  • Soft skills: Good communications, writings and presentation skills. You bring the cultural understanding to work in an international team. You are interested in collaborating with other teams and colleagues outside the ICD units.
  • You are experienced in developing content specific topics and know how to document and present content in a structured and useful manner.
  • Self-starter mentality

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs/ programming languages.
