PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Ruum (https://ruumapp.com) is a powerful work management platform for Enterprises. We are the flagship product of the SAP.iO Venture Studio, a startup incubation unit within SAP, the world market leader in Enterprise Software and Germany’s most valuable company. We’re a 20 people team at the heart of Berlin, lean and laser-focused, with a big vision: Simplifying teamwork for a billion people across the globe. 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Our beloved working student in our Go-To-Market team is leaving us - so we’re looking for a replacement. She is currently supporting Sales and Marketing with smaller projects, but also driving entire initiatives like our Ruum for Good initiative autonomously.

Responsibilities:

• Take over end-to-end responsibility for our Ruum for Good program (our special product edition for Non-Profits): Acquire new NPOs for the program, onboard them successfully, and create success stories for marketing
• Help Sales and Business Development with Lead generation and qualification
• Support Customer Success with Onboarding and growth initiatives
• Run your own product demos and webinars
• Support Marketing and Sales with Content Generation (Presentations, Demos)

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Student, preferably at the end of the bachelor degree or already master student, at a university or a university of applied sciences (Preferred fields of study: Business, Communication)
• Language skills: Fluent in English
• You are a fast learner, self-starter, and love to work in an agile and fast-paced environment

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
