What you can expect:
- Support in the development of the definition and implementation of a market strategy for the next 3-5 years
- Market and competitor research in order to identify additional business opportunities
- Project lead for the opening of new stores in the country portfolio of HUGO BOSS Poland
- Preparation of key decision documents for the top management
- Support of country head in daily business activities (etc. Sales Channels monitoring, workshop preparations, quarterly review meetings)
- Working closely together with the team in Poland as well as the key interfaces in the headquarters (including travelling between the countries)
Your profile:
- Above average Bachelor‘s or Master's degree in a leading Business School
- Highly proficient with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- You are characterized by good organizational skills, a structured approach, a quick mind and the ability to work independently
- You have excellent analytical, conceptual and communicational skills and enjoy strategic thinking
- You regard flexibility and a confident manner as self-evident
- You enjoy working in a challenging and performance-oriented environment
- You have an excellent command of German and English (spoken and written)
- Entrepreneurial experience (e.g. in a start up) is a plus
