You will support the talent managers in the conception and optimization of various training modules, especially in the area of executive development.
You are in close contact with external trainers and internal contacts
You can actively contribute ideas for conceptual tasks to the existing process, shape the upcoming training sessions and, if interested, take over smaller training units
You support the development and implementation of digital learning formats
Your tasks include the planning, organisation, accompaniment and follow-up of national and international training units
You are responsible for the design and evaluation of training feedback formats
Superb organizational skills
