PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The IEG Communications & Events Team is part of the Customer Success & Strategic Services unit within the Intelligent Enterprise Group (IEG) Board area. The team oversees and drives all communication and event activities to keep IEG employees and customer informed about relevant topics from strategy to execution.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
We are looking for a flexible and committed business allrounder who is willing to take the opportunity to learn within a global large-scale company as SAP how executives communicate and manage their daily business. Solid communication skills in German and English, experience in preparing presentations, problem-solving skills and excellent team play are required.
The tasks include the support of the preparation of events, take over small projects within the event planning process, be a key player onsite at the events as well as preparing presentations for different target groups such as executive managers and board members.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Student at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Excellent knowledge of the theory and practice in operation work and the required skills, e.g. event management, writing
  • Analytical skills and the ability to work conceptually
  • Excellent team player and proactive networking abilities on a global basis
  • Ability to work across functions, regions and countries combined with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Computer skills: MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel
  • Language skills: Fluent in German and English
  • Support preparation for keynotes (from storytelling to visual design)
