PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

In S/4HANA we are combining a modern and simplified Enterprise Management developed on SAP HANA with SAP Business Solutions (Ariba, Fieldglass, etc.) and business networks.

We build the future of SAPs Intelligent Suite by delivering SAP S/4HANA and leveraging the value with the amazing user experience of Fiori applications.

In the area SAP S/4HANA Source-to-Pay & Order-to-Cash we are developing intelligent software solutions using the latest technologies, which are supporting procurement processes in an innovative way, in the cloud as well as on premise. By integrating business networks into Enterprise Management, we are contributing significantly to deliver the Intelligent Enterprise. Already today, the strategy pays off with many customers adopting highly integrated Procurement processes in S/4HANA.

We are looking for a working student to support communication with SAP S4HANA Source-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash organization.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

You will be working with the SAP S/4HANA Source-to-Pay & Order-to-Cash leadership team to prepare executive, internal and employee communication plans and assets as well as organizing internal events. The task will be to contribute to the content we provide around SAP S/4HANA for internal and external platforms.

Furthermore, you will help us promote SAP S/4HANA Source-to-Pay & Order-to-Cash at various internal events such as all-hands, coffee corners, demo days or TechEd. In addition to that, we create videos, write newsletters, blogs etc.….

Tasks include:

• conceptualizing and writing talking points on strategic topics for SAP S/4HANA Source-to-Pay & Order-to-Cash
• collaborating with SAP S/4HANA Source-to-Pay & Order-to-Cash leadership team on communication assets
• start
• conceptualize, write and edit storylines, variety of communications materials, such as talking points, briefings, blogs, articles, video scripts, employee e-mails, and internal correspondence
• acting as a quality gate for communication requests by checking consistency, logic, language, spelling and grammar
• manage regular video productions from idea to publishing support day-to-day queries like formulating texts for roll-outs, updating portal pages, supporting all-hand meetings.
• ongoing planning and validation of upcoming communication opportunities to ensure visibility and transparency within and beyond SAP S/4HANA Source-to-Pay & Order-to-Cash organization

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES 

Candidates should be:

• Student at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Self-motivated, flexible, eager to learn
• Open to work with a global team 
• Very good grasp of English
• Writing and editing skills are be preferable 
• A well-established SAP network would also be an asset

You should bring…

• curiosity and the willingness to quickly analyze and distill the essence of a wide range of topics
• empathy and a good understanding of different target groups and how they can be best reached by combining adequate content, tone and channels
• proficiency in English and German since communications materials are created in both languages
• a high level of attention and serve of quality when producing communication assets.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
