Our client is world’s leading company in sportshoes. Her European headquarters are located in the Netherlands. Due to expansion of the company we are currently looking for an:

ONLINE MANAGER

Objection of the job
The Online Manager is responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the European intra- and internet sites and provides direction and service to the European subsidiaries and distributors regarding e-communication.

Reporting structure/position in the organization
· The Online Manager reports to the Senior Marketing Manager. The Senior Marketing Manager formulates, in co-operation with the Online Manager, the results that have to be accomplished in accordance with the main result responsibilities. The internet coordinator reports to the Online Manager. The online manager has a steering and supporting role towards the subsidiaries and distributors and a direct responsibility for all online activities in the Benelux market.

Results areas
· Establish and implement a European internet strategy
· Prepare launch of next generation website
· Evaluation direct and indirect competitor sites
· Advice concerning direction (long term strategy) internet sites
· Sparepartner in new projects in order to present integrated print and internet communication
· Initiating, coordinating and executing new inter- and intranet projects
· Responsible for technical maintenance (outsourced), content management of the European sites and quality control
· Develop activities to promote our site and the brand
· Train and support countries
· Agency management

Relation pattern
The Online Manager has an advising and supporting role towards all departments, subsidiaries and distributors regarding online issues. Externally the Communication Manager has the role of a client towards suppliers (briefing, coordinating and executing role.

Job requirements
· Knowledge of marketing principles, technology and business processes
· HBO/ University degree in relevant business subject
· 5 years experiences in the field of Online Marketing
· Project management skills
· Fluently English
· Good communication skills on different levels, within the organization and with external contacts
· The ability to motivate and provide directions to others
· Team player
· Decision making skills
· Flexible
