Sales Manager HR

Our Client is looking for an ambitious Sales Manager with commercial talent to grow the sales of its HR products on the German market. If you are excited by the idea of being the driver at the beginning of a business backed up by great products and a strong company, this is the job for you. The position requires an induction period in Amsterdam, after which time activities will shift to Germany.

Jobbeschreibung

As Sales Manager you are responsible for the entire DACH market. You proactively focus on acquiring new major clients and partners. You build up long-term relationships with clients and advise them on how to implement Our Client’s innovative technology into their business. You provide sales support to our resellers and product partners. You hold presentations at events and act as the company spokesperson on press matters.

This is you:

Our ideal candidate has completed a relevant course of study, speaks fluent German, good English or Dutch and has extensive experience in sales in Germany. You have the capacity to understand the technology behind our products and to explain the benefits to prospective clients and partners. You are able to work alone, head up a team, and keep your finger on the pulse regarding the progress and implementation of projects. You have the drive to fulfil targets and achieve results alone, are a real go-getter, and demonstrate creativity and initiative in finding new clients. You have affinity with innovating recruitment processes and with software, preferably have a large network in the HR world, and have the ability to make new contacts quickly.

Employment terms:

Your job will be located primarily in Germany, although you will regularly work in our Amsterdam office. Our Client offers an excellent remuneration package including a company bonus scheme and good secondary employment conditions.
