The major part of the role will involve processing invoices and clearing some outstanding backlog within the department. The successful candidate will be working within a finance team of 4 individuals and should be happy to work as part of a team and lend a hand where help is needed, as well as capable of working independently.The department is currently outsourcing part of its process which is why this is a temporary role.
The candidate should be an enthusiastic quick learner, a team player who is happy to help out with whatever tasks are necessary in the department, and should have strong MS Excel skills . They should also have good written and spoken English and be confident talking to colleagues at all levels.
